Very interesting article in this month’s national geographic on Kung Fu at Shaolin temple in China. Done with the typical high quality writing you’ve come to expect from NG.

I’ve gotten the text from our entire handbook online here. I have not done the graphics from it yet, I will commence work on that next.
Enjoy.

What follows is a brief video of Grandmaster Pai demonstrating some self defense techniques. Sigung Mueller has been kind enough to open his video vault to his students, and we’ll slowly be extracting clips of these home movies and posting them here. So feel free to check back often. When content is updated, I will update facebook as well.
Enjoy this video. How he moves, even at slow speed, is simply amazing.
In the meantime, the site layout isn’t completely finalized, so expect it to look a little better in the coming days.
